Vast expanses of South America to conquer the participants
transcontinental Dakar rally-marathon in 2014, launched on January 5 in Rosario (Argentina).
Race has been held for the 35th year, but on the South American continent route laid only 6 - second time. This year, for the first time involved avtomarafone Bolivia. The very same route traced in three countries: Argentina, Bolivia and Chile.
Of the 431 teams, published at the start, only 20 percent are professional drivers, and everyone else - fans. Completed the race in Valparaiso (Chile) 18th.
