The unique plateau Sigiriya






Sigiriya or the Lion Mountain, on the island of Sri Lanka, is a massive plateau which rises to 370 meters. According to legend, the castle built by King Kasyapa plateau in the late 5th century BC. e. The plateau is located in the heart of the island.
