Hotel Elqui Domos is located in a beautiful valley near the town of Vicuña, Chile. The area attracts not only tourists, but also astronomers and winemakers. Designed by studio RDM Arquitectura, the hotel is represented by several wooden houses with glass roof or dome of translucent fabric. Unique in its idea, it allows guests to admire the stars right out of the room. It is the only hotel of this kind in the southern hemisphere, and the world has only seven analogues.
Each room contains two floors, the first of which is reserved for the living room area with a bathroom and a bedroom on the second. Moreover, they all have a spacious terrace for relaxation. There is also has a pool and a restaurant, rent a bike, horseback riding, and even a special tour for amateur astronomy.
